Job Title: Sales Consultant/Key Account Manager
Location: Dar es Salaam – TanzaniaPurpose
To market and sell Cartrack products & services and ensure that sales targets in a specified area are met. Manage key accounts, maintain long term relationships with clients and maximise sales opportunities within them. The ideal candidate must be target driven, self-starter and motivated to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, calling and selling the company products and services to potential customers
- Developing long-term customer relationships in order to promote and reinforce value propositions.
- Promoting products and services to existing key account customers
- Following up on customer requests, orders placed, out of stock situations and all communication to customers.
- Identifying opportunities to grow the market share
- Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets through planning and executing plans for key accounts.
- Obtaining complete knowledge of competitor products and markets.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Consultant/Key Account Manager (Sales)
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Degree in Marketing and Sales

Job Title: Control Room Agent
Location: Dar es Salaam – TanzaniaPurpose
To attend promptly to all calls and clients’ cases and to assist with technical & recovery jobs, in accordance with Cartrack policies and procedures. To ensure prompt, efficient and effective support to clients’ inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to incoming events from tracking units by immediately contacting clients to confirm or verify that all is in order with the vehicles.
- Provide support when required for none streaming issues to clients that call directly to Cartrack.
- Attend to inbound calls from clients testing units or requesting positions on vehicles.
- Escalate complex matters to systems support and IT- Support staff.
- Coordinate all control room recoveries.
- Provide weekly reports to Management.
- Identify anomalies or faults from incoming cases.
- Assist the Technical team during installations.
- Attend to all activities during the shift
- 2 years in Call Centre environment (inbound and outbound)
- Experience in an emergency call centre environment an advantage
- Experience dealing with clients
- Diploma in Information Technology Competencies
