The
position is responsible for acting as the in-between for the company
and Corporate clients, and will be the first point of contact for
clients. Their responsibility is to meet and exceed sales goals for an
assigned portfolio of accounts by promoting and selling training
services through professional, consultative sales techniques and long
term relationships. The role holder will also work as part of a team and
is required to ensure team success.
Required Skills & Experience:
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field.
Experience
4- 5 years’ experience for degree holders and 7 years for Diploma holders.
Successful direct sales experience in technology, training, or adjacent industries.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Ability to sell in a team environment.
Must be able to learn computer software necessary to accomplish the
administrative tasks required in position: Word processor; Contract
manager; Electronic mail package; and Registration package.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a plus.

Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Generation
– Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
– Promote Techno Brain as a company in the market to ensure brand recognition and awareness.
– Selling trainings and meting sales and collections targets, as set forth by the SBU head.
– Maintain a healthy pipeline and to achieve set targets.
– Doing customer satisfaction survey and giving the inputs to the SBU head.
2. Customer Service & Client Relationships
– Manage client relationships, including making telephone and
face-to-face sales calls to current clients on a timely basis to uncover
opportunities and advance the sales process.
– Work with center staff to provide the necessary service required for ongoing customer satisfaction.
– Contact customers through, but not limited to, phone calls, email,
mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend
initiatives with the company.
3. Marketing initiatives and opportunities
– Collaborate with Marketing and center support to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
– Support customer acquisition activities, including trade shows, email marketing, online webinars and seminar events.
– Prepare written presentations, proposals and price quotations.
– Portfolio Management & Reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
– Managing your account portfolio, including account prioritization,
timely outreach to contacts, current, complete and accurate account
notes.
– Submitting an accurate forecast to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
– Submitting pipeline reports and Daily, weekly and monthly sales reports as per the guidelines.
