Candidate should be able to perform the following:
-Learn the vehicle tracking web application
-Provide training t the tracking operators, tracking supervisors and unit head
-check the inventory status of the devices with the help of control room operator based on the calls received
-Inform all new updates in tracking system to unit heads and tracking operators
-Prepare and update the helpdesk issues tracker on a daily bases
-prepare and share consolidates and other tracking related reports to operations manager
-communicate through email & calls with all divisions/ customers and internal team for work coordination
-Maintain proper records for vehicles & devices transfer
-Close the help desk calls with inventory details
-Receiving new device request and check up request through tracking helpdesk,email or phone from all units/ customers and update in the local helpdesk system and inform to field coordinator
-Communicate and follow up all the complaints with field coordinator
-Filing of all documents ( like job card, inventory , vouchers) systematically and requlary
-Highlight any issue that requires specially( immediate attention to the operations
-Shall practice flexibility to land wherever needed
Candidate should have:
Diploma in any customer relations
- Experience in GPS vehicle tracking & monitoring , supervison,monitoring
-Salary will be Tsh 500,000/= gross
- Good communication skills
