POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE 
DEPARTMENT: SALES AND MARKETING
LOCATION: Saint – Gobain Lodhia Gypsum Industries

MAIN DUTIES
As the Sales Executive, you will form part of the SG Lodhia Gypsum Industries Sales leadership team and will report to the General Manager

Technical Accountabilities
  • Development and execution of marketing communications programmes
  • Analyze brand performance, brand competitiveness and product trends in the market.
  • Consolidate current market share, grow market share in line with annual targets
  • Development of independent country retailers to improve product proximity to end users
  • Establishing the need to expand delivery service to selected markets.
  • Instituting customer relationship management activities o Know intimately what appeals to particular customers, o Monitoring customer feedback and competitor product performance.
  • Instituting timely tracking and resolution of customer complaints
  • Conducting product demonstrations
  • Staff training on product knowledge,
  • Meet operational performance and financial targets
  • Sales budget and control
  • Create long term viability with innovative use of technology

Qualifications required to fulfil the role
  • Relevant Marketing Degree
  • Post Graduate Marketing Qualification would prefer Marketing
  • Knowledge of current market
  • Understanding of the manufacturing process
  • Ability in increasing market share
  • Ability to travel and be posted around the country is a must.
