
Position: Research Institution to Implement HIV Data Collection

Job Summary
The USAID-funded Health Policy Plus (HP+) project provides technical
support to the Government of Tanzania in health policy formulation and
implementation. HP+ is seeking a qualified Tanzanian research
institution implement data collection efforts related to an HIV
activity-based costing and management exercise at facility, community,
and above-site levels.- Minimum Qualification: Unspecified
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 5 years
Areas of Expertise:
- Data collection expertise with demonstration of success in Tanzania in the areas of HIV and health economics
- Quantitative research skills, process mapping experience, and strong management skills
The
successful research institution must have strong relationships and
extensive experience working with MOHCDGEC, PEPFAR Tanzania, and PEPFAR
implementing partners. It will work closely with HP+ and public and
private health facility staff on the activity-based costing exercise
at select facilities. The assignment requires 6-7 months of engagement
from February to August 2020 with at least 3 months of on-site data
collection.
