RE: STOP LOAN DISBURSEMENT TO HLI STUDENTS
This is to formally inform Higher Learning Institutions you that; following Government directive to close schools and till further notice; would as a precaution to stop spread of like echo government’s decision corona virus (COVID 19) till further notice.
We would like to echo government's decision to your institution do the we to to your respective to following:
- Suspend immediately further Payments of student loans (for institutions which
- were already immediately opened
- Stop disbursement of loans for the third quarter Meals and Accommodation.
HESLB will resume issuance of loans after official announcement regarding opening of HLIs.
