Vision: To be a reliable and sustainable revolving fund in financing eligible Tanzanian Students for Higher and Tertiary Education.

Call For HESLB Appeal Window 2020/2021 | Rufaa Ya Mkopo HESLB

Following the commencement of Phase Three, the next step is to open a seven-day (07) appeal window from today (Wednesday, December 02nd, 2020) to enable applicants who have not been offered loans or are not satisfied with the standards set to attach additional documents to prove their need. .

During the referral period, students will be required to visit the olas.heslb.go.tz system, follow the instructions and submit their referrals from wherever they are WITHOUT ANY PAYMENT to Loan board.
HESLB calls on students who have not yet been offered loans and are in need, spend seven (07) days of appeal to submit the relevant documents so that they can finally be offered loans to enable them to pay for tuition fees.
