Mission: To provide loans and grants to needy and eligible Tanzanian Students for Higher and Tertiary Education.

Vision: To be a reliable and sustainable revolving fund in financing eligible Tanzanian Students for Higher and Tertiary Education.

Official now you can see your loan allocation status if you get it or not by using your OLAMS account that was used to apply for loan when window opened for the academic year of 2020/2021 by follow the link at the end of this advert.

The Higher Education Student Loans Board (HESLB) has announced the Phase Three list with a total of 3,544 new students who have been loaned for the first time in the 2020/2021 academic year worth TZS 11.04 billion.
To get detailed information on the loans they have been offered, the 3,544 students are advised to visit their online loan application accounts known as SIPA – Student’s Individual Permanent Account (SIPA).
