Baridi Baridi is carrying on business of leasing air conditioners to end users, by renting air conditioners to small-mid-size shops and residentials with our new technology of paying and switch on/off AC with a smartphone.
We begin our operation in April this year of 2021, so we are looking for new colleagues with whom we can develop our business together from Tanzania to all over African countries soon.
Currently we are looking for highly motivated and qualified Service personnel for internship who will be responsible for assisting installing and maintaining AC to achieve the highest functionality so that we can offer our new services to the customers for their better and more comfortable lives.
Duties:
• Assist in installation, after-service, and maintenance structure of the company.
• Learn skills of (1) installation, after-service, and maintenance of air conditioners, (2) android application to control AC, while doing installation, repair, and maintenance of AC on your own.
• offer the best service to customers and keep ACs working in the best condition.
• Improve our service including the hardware (AC) and software (android application) in communication with our global partners.
• Asset management of AC units, spare parts, and working tools.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide technical support in the field.
• Perform any other job as assigned by supervisor/leader.
Qualification and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Proven experience of not less than 1-year in ACs or similar role preferable.
• Excellent communication skill in Kiswahili and English
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Good understanding to our business model and vision.
• Proactive attitude to learn new things and improve your skills.
• Strong leadership in project management.
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skill.
• Knowledge in computer skills
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Terms of Employment: The company will offer employment opportunities upon completion of a probation period of Six (6) months.
