Job summary:

To help ensure that the Business Unit achieves its corporate objectives and makes the best use of the company resources to carry out administrative tasks. Involve in developing of the company policies, monitor compliance, and oversee projects and budget, by promoting efficiency, and increasing profitability.


Jobs Roles and Expectations

  1. Organize, coordinate seminars, develop and update all the Power Points and distribute to different shop owners and trainers.
  2. Developing of marketing strategies for the company in line with Bf Suma and Managing of activities within the company’s objective range.
  3. Assist all company distributors by providing them with necessary information and promotional materials to enable them achieve the very best.
  4. Make event records, report to the management and also handle public issues relating to the company.
  5. Monitoring of other staff behavior in the office and acts as a supervisor native staff, give assistance to fellow colleagues when a need a raise.

6.     Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.

7.     Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.

8.     Overseeing human resources development policies, training, and performance reviews as guided by HR office.

9.     Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company.

10.  Analyzing and maintaining operational data, and monitoring of our Health Products inventories.

11.  Planning and managing projects and contributing to product innovation.

  1. Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives of BF Suma limited.

  • QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organization Phycology or any other related business field.

·         2-3 years of progressive experience preferably in a busy Pharmaceutical working Environment.

 

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

·        Basic safety training

·        Accounts and cash handling training

·        Record keeping and data management training
