Requirements:
- Tanzanian citizen
- Previous sales experience
- Fluent in Swahili and English - Additional languages are a definite asset
- Working knowledge of computers
- Strong knowledge of Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook - Owning your own smartphone and using it for work is a requirement
- You like meeting new people and enjoy sales/selling
- You are a good listener, patient, competitive and organized
- You are a responsible and detailed individual who is able to multi task.
- You can work with others
- You have no problem working on your own to meet deadlines.
- You have an interest in working in a retail and wholesale environment.
- You consider yourself dynamic and creative, and are not afraid to try new things.
Responsibilities will include:
- Retails Operations management
- In shop retail sales
- Social Media + Web sales management
- Basic graphic design
- Wholesale and business to business sales
- Customer Relationship Management
- Administrative Duties and reporting
- Implementing strategies
- Compensation is based on a base salary and commission
You can expect between 1-2million shillings per month depending on education, experience and performance
