Invitation for Tender
- The Good Neighbors Tanzania has a plan to renovate its Head office and it intends to implement the plan by hiring a qualified contractor according to its internal policy and secured budget for this project.
- The Good Neighbors Tanzania now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tanzanian contractors registered in Class VI and above for renovation of Good Neighbors Tanzania Head office.
- Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the office of Good Neighbors Tanzania, Head Office, Plot No. 2047, Block ‘K’, Boko Chama, Dar es Salaam from 08:00am to 04:00pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
- A complete set of tendering documents in ENGLISH may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application at Good Neighbors Head Office. After submission of a written application, bidders will be given bank account detail for payment of a non-refundable fee of Tsh 100,000/= and be required to submit bank deposit slip.
- All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
- All Tenders in one original plus two (2) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered physically at the office of Good NeighborsTanzania Head Office, Plot No. 2047, Block ‘K’, Boko Chama, Dar es Salaam on or before 10th September 2021 at 10:00am. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter at the same address in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
- Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance.
