DCB Bank has a wide branch network of over 8 branches, over 1000 DCB Wakala Agents and over 280 Umoja switch ATMs serving over 3 million customers across the country. The bank has experience of over 18 years and it is the first bank to be listed on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE).

Sales Executive

The role will be responsible to do direct sales for Bank’s products, it involves working outside the banking environment focusing on field sales, sourcing potential customers and maximizing the sales of bank products and services.

Purpose of Role

To support branch management in selling of products and services

Duties & Accountabilities

  • Visiting various potential customers to present and sell Banks products and services.
  • To support Branch Management and Relationship officers.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Completing the forms and submitting for processing.
  • Attending daily Branch meetings and provide feedback on market response to products.
  • Proper keeping of customer records.
  • Follow-through sales leads and closing the sale.
  • coming up with innovative sales ideas to generate more revenues.
  • To provide high quality customer services to clients.
  • To expand and maintain client database and build business relationship.
  • Attending to any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

  • University Degree.

  • Interpersonal skills and easy to adapt.
