Position: LOGISTIC MANAGER

TWALIB Logistics is an International Cargo Transportation business located in Dar es salaam. We have more than 50 Trucks and more than 7 yrs. in Transportation Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Daily Follow up of each truck and Transportation status and exception case
  • Working and Supervise of Drivers team assign and Management
  • Controlling Transportation emergency (Damage / accident) Management
  • To arrange all the papers and Communicate with Clearing agent in All borders while the trucks are on transit
  • To have good knowledge and experience in Transit goods especially in Zambia, Congo, Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi and Malawi (East and Central Africa)
  • Management of Loading and Offloading of Trucks (Including Interchanging Container document)
  • To Collect All the Documents of goods from Driver
  • To send daily report of trucks to the client and to the Managing Director 
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Application 
  • At least 2 years’ Experience in the same field. 
Qualification:

  •  Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ Experience in the same field.

ACCOUNTANT 

  JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To Prepare Invoice and to submit to Client soon as you receive a delivery note
  • To arrange all officially document and to keep in record
  • To make sure All the trucks have valid documents
  • To send daily report to Managing Director.
  • Must have Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Accounting software 
  • At least 2 years’ Experience in the same field 
Qualification:

  •  Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ Experience in the same field
