3. PREPARE CONTAINER IN AND OUT REPORT – CFS
4. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION (BY SEA / BY ROAD/BY AIR
- – Drafting the documents
- – Contact shipping lines and other authorities and get the draft documents done.
- – Co-ordinating with co-staff and arrange the original documents upon final confirmation from the reporting officer.
- – Follow up on each file till it is closed.
