Airswift has been tasked by one of our key clients to seek a General Services Officer to join them in Dar es Salaam, TZ for a 12-month contract.
Job Opportunity at Airswift, General Services Officer
Main Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- Manage all facilities services for properties through management of service providers
- Ensure that all service provider personnel have been vetted prior to being assigned to contracts and that all have been properly inducted
- Keep records of all service provider employee training provided
control schedules, manage contracts, develop work standards, and evaluate both employees and external contractors - Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds
- Lease management, including lease administration and accounting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant qualification
- 10 years in Facilities/Estate Management experience
- Knowledge and mastery of Microsoft Office Products
