Administrative And Members Welfare Officer (1 Post)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Secretary General in executing day to day activities of the Union;
- Attend and advise on members labour relation matters and grievances;
- Prepare Union members’ and staff welfare programs and plans;
- Perform all administrative functions of the Union;
- Perform any other duty as assigned by Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Holders of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields; Human Resources Management, Law, Public Administration or equivalent qualification from recognized institution with working experience of at least 2 years in related field.
Office Management Assistant (1 Post)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake all secretarial services of the Union;
- Manage all records and documents of the Union;
- Undertake front office operations and maintain cleanliness of office and premises.
- Perform any other duty as assigned by Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Holder of Diploma of Records Management or Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualifications from any recognised institution with working experience of at least 2 years in related field.
- Customer care, computer competency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet, Email and MS-Publisher are also relevant skills to this post.
ACCOUNTS OFFICER (1 Post)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Treasurer of the Union in executing day to day activities;
- Capture invoices, payment vouchers and credit memos in the expenditure accounting system;
- Prepare financial reports, statements and budget of the Union;
- Maintain Members and asset register
- Perform any other duty as assigned by Supervisor.
- Holder of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in one of the following field; Accountancy or equivalent qualifications from recognized Institutions with working experience of at least 2 years in related field.
- Ability to use different Accounting packages/ software is an added advantage.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Applicant must be a Tanzanian citizen with age not above 35 years;
