Duties & Responsibilities

Shall achieve a sales target of selling not less than the agreed plots of land per month.
Shall initiate Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
Shall establishing new business plan(s) to achieve a sales
Shall maintaining accurate records of plots of land sold in a monthly bases and submit a report to the head of
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Reviewing sales performance and collection.
Negotiating land sales contracts and packages offered by the Company on behalf of the
Working towards monthly or annual

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Must have a Diploma /Bachelor degree from accredited institution in any of the following field sales and marketing, commerce or equivalent.
Negotiation Skills; Good negotiation and persuasive skills to convince clients to make purchase and reach a profitable
Experience: not less than 1 year working experience

PAYMENTS: Salary + Commission
