reputable client would like to advertise vacancy positions for 300 CONTACT CENTER
REPRESENTATIVES in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be engaged in online
communication through emails, webchat, text messaging and other social platforms gaining followers by
encouraging online community across social media platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate shall have minimum qualification of any certificate or Diploma from recognized institution,
- Bachelor Degree will be given preference.
- Must be a Dar es salaam resident.
- Must have excellent communication skills especially good in English language both written and
spoken. - Must have good computer skills and be able to work well on social media platforms.
- Must work under minimum supervision.
- Must be a sharp and fast learner of new technologies.
- Must be a good listener and a problem solver
- Must have the age between( 24- 30) years not married.
- Ability to work on shift.
