Job Title: Head Of Sales 1 Post & Sales Executives 4 posts

Job Descriptions for Head of sales & Sales Executives
•Understand the Market and Critical supervise the Sales Team to attain Company's Objectives under given timeframe.

•Develop and execute sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
•Ability to demonstrate and clearly describe the given Project to the Clients.
•Perform door to door sales prospecting to identify new client opportunities
•Call clients to follow up on payments and receipts submissions.
•Taking Clients to Site visitings by self-driving and taking them back to the Office.
•Produce daily, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports.
•Provide support training and supportive follow-Up to sales Executives on closing deals.
•Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
• Be prepared to undertake any other duties within the role as required

Requirements For Head of Sales
• A bachelor degree or Diploma holder with 28+ Age
•2+ years experience in selling and marketing in Tanzania (real estate field will be an added advantage).
•Strong phone presence and experience in door to door sales.
•Capable in Driving a Car with a minimum experience of 3 years (with a Valid Driving Licence ).
•Proficient with corporate productivity (Microsoft Office, CRM) and web presentation tools
•Excellent in verbal and written communications skills
•Strong listening and presentation skills

Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent research skills and Leadership skills
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Requirements for Sales Executives
•Diploma or Certificate of Marketing And Sales
•Trainable and ready to work under minimum supervisions
•Strong phone presence and experience in door to door sales
•Excellent in verbal and written communications skills
•Strong listening and presentation skills
Exceptional customer service skills.
