Position: Project Finance Officers - 5 Posts
They will oversee annual budget and work plan development for the national program and assist in financial reporting. The Finance & Admin Officer be supervised by the Senior Finance and Grants Manager and will also work under the direction of the Country Program Manager.
The successful candidate will have robust knowledge of accounting systems, the ability to multi-task, and work well with others. This individual must be able to collaborate respectfully with multiple team members from diverse backgrounds.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Country coordinator, take a lead in development of the annual budget & work plan
Take a lead in facilitating development of district specific work plans and budgets during the annual review/planning meetings.
Prepare monthly financial forecast and reports for the secretariat and forward them to program manager
Make sure that the secretariat expenditures are in line with USAID rules and regulations
Make sure that the control program team submits field reports and areas that need actions are communicated to respective persons/organs
Updates the control program coordinator on both administrative and financial matters related to the program
Facilitate general accounting functions of the country office
Facilitate development and monitoring of the program strategic plan, in forecasts future targets and resource need.
Maintenance of office equipment, buildings and functioning of administrative support services including periodic maintenance of office equipment and assets, preparations of service contracts and agreements for consultancies, procurement of general supplies and assets, participate in the staff performance appraisal and job performance evaluation
Other duties which will be assigned by the Country coordinator
Domestic travel may be required.
Minimum Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance/Commerce and minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting and/or financial field.
Experience of working in an international NGO and projects funded by USAID is preferable.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
Excellent knowledge of accounting systems e.g., QuickBooks

We are looking for five Administrative Officers, to be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization and (SWMFS- Project). Their duties include organizing company records, overseeing department budgets and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Administrative Officer duties and responsibilities
Administrative Officers manage the daily tasks of a company or organization by providing administrative and clerical support. The duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Officer typically include:
Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner

Position: Field Officers - 60 Posts
We are searching for an applied field officer to evaluate our current programs ( Sustainable Water Management and Food Security Project ), using insights obtained to steer and supervise the deployment of new programs. The field officer will be required to construct evaluative frameworks, liaise with stakeholders on the ground, and then devise data-driven undertakings that fully align with our stated aims.
Field Officer Responsibilities:
Formulating evaluative resources to guide your fieldwork.
Inspecting delivery sites to ascertain the appropriateness of contemporary conditions.
Conferring with project beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate uptake, pitfalls, and areas necessitating expansion.
Collecting samples, where possible, for subsequent inspection.

Position: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer - 6 Posts
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the (SWMFS- Project). He/she will develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by the Research projects. He/she will also provide technical assistance to the implementing agencies, particularly in relation to monitoring, reporting and governance issues.
Responsibilities
Within delegated authority, the M&E Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
Assist in the revision of the project log frame matrix, particularly in the areas of performance indicators and their measurement;
Assist in the development and/or finalization of the project Work Plan and keep it updated in accordance with project activities and timeframes as relevant.
Develop the overall framework, for project M&E, for example mid-term project review, impact assessment, final evaluation, develop project Performance Monitoring Plan with relevant data collection systems.
Review the quality of existing data in the project subject areas, the methods of collecting it, and the degree to which it will provide good baseline statistics for impact evaluation.
Develop baseline data for each project component and for all project indicators.
With collaborating partners, review their existing approaches and management information systems and agree on any required changes, support and resources.
Develop a plan for project-related capacity-building on M&E and for any computer-based support that may be required.
Organize and undertake training with collaborating partners on M&E as required.
Education
A university degree in political science, social science, international studies, public administration, economics, engineering, earth sciences or any diploma/degree from any recognized institutions
A minimum of one year of progressively responsible experience in operations affairs, emergency preparedness, crisis/emergency relief management, rehabilitation, development, or other related area, is required.
Humanitarian experience in the field (actual setting where a mission and/or project is being implemented) in emergency situations (complex emergency or natural disaster) is required.

We are looking for an innovative procurement manager to lead our procurement team in Sustainable Water Management and Food Security Project. You will spearhead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensuring stock optimization, as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
