We are recruiting for the following position below in the central part of Tanzania (Morogoro) and the nearby areas.

Position: Sales Agronomist
Job Descriptions
~Conduct Research: -Study the soil and plants to get better understanding of farming to an effective method in harvesting, planting, and cultivation techniques. Also, must develop and promote farming practices that have a good effect on the climate and soil.
~Visiting the fields: -Often visit the fields and give trainings to the farmers on proper use of chemicals and other farming practices.
~Report and records: -The agronomist will be responsible for recording and reporting findings from the field.
~Management and Promotions: -Promote techniques and products in the educational presentations. Opening consultations with the clients is also possible.

Job Requirements
-Should be a Tanzanian citizen
-Should have a valid driving license with an experience of not less than two years
-Have an in-depth knowledge of soil and crop principles
-Proficient in MS office
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Minimum 2 years of agronomy work experience
-Outstanding research and analytical skills
-Possess a diploma certificate in agriculture
