Position: Lodge/ Camp Manager
Duty Station: In Tanzania National Parks
Qualification & Experience

Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in lodge/ Camp will be preferred.
Age between 20-50 Years

Job Description

Plan, implement and manage overall lodge/ camp daily operations
Conduct lodge/camp budgeting and financial planning
Plan and organize lodge/ camp activities to drive sales
Manage and monitor lodge / camp expenses
Manage and track lodge/ camp inventory
Plan and implement marketing campaigns with marketing teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with visitors and clients

Position: Hotel / Camps Reservation Personnel
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam and Arusha
Qualification & Experience

Advanced Diploma / Diploma in reservation field from Tanzanian reputable Institution.
1 year experience (up to maximum of 3) in Hotel / Camps will be preferable.
Age between 20-35 Years

Job Description

Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.

Position: Lodge/ Camps Professional Chiefs
Duty Station: In Tanzania National Parks
Qualification & Experience

Well trained from a reputable Institution/ college in a Diploma/Certificate
At least 3 years of experience as a cook
Age between 20-50 Years

Job Description

Prepare food for guests while following guidelines laid out in quality control standards and state and local regulations.
Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner while adhering to best practices and careful preparation of food items
Keep your work area clean and free of unsanitary items and objects; properly dispose of waste in appropriate receptacles.
Remain knowledgeable about the restaurant menu and make accommodations on individual orders as requested by guests.
Work alongside other team members to ensure streamlined service and a commitment to work together to achieve camps /lodge goals.
Ensure that food area stocked and organized; alert manager of any inventory deficiencies, and keep inventory records.
Maintain utensils such as knives in safe and appropriate working condition as well as ensure that all utensils are clean before each use.
