Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Civil Engineer
Tan-Fern Group Tanzania Limited is looking for- Civil Engineer A Civil Engineer applicant must have an experience of not less two ten years in civil works
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Overall purpose of this position
- Oversee and manage construction projects to assure they are completed in accordance with design specifications.
- Oversee and manage consultants selected to prepare designs and specifications of capital improvement projects,
- Serve as a Civil Engineer, participating in the design of capital improvement projects.
