Duties
- Build, train l, Manage and motivate the team of distributors across rural areas to deliver.
- Ensure the sales growth and control the level attrition
- Preapare and updating regular report for Field activitities for decision making and bussiness improvement
- Attend clients complains propose immediate ways to resolve
- Mantain organisation properties and reputations among her clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma education in any related field. (Sales and marketing is prefered)
- Results focused person
- At least one years experience in direct sales and managing teams.
- Good communicators
- Willing for field travel for 60% of his/ her job
- Mult tasker
- Able to work under tights deadlines.
- Able to use Ms officce prefered google suite.
- Females candidate are encouraged to apply.
- Preferd candidates that lives in Dodoma.
