JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate and manage personnel, material (garden, building, furniture, and fittings) and money
- To develop and operationalize a workable business plan
- Identify opportunities in the market and take advantage thereof
- Manage the accounts of the business (records, payments, receipts etc.)
- A good understanding of relevant regulatory authorities related to the business and ability to work with them (compliance)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, business management or related fields
- At least 2 years experience in related position
- Strong in marketing, customer sensitive and responsive
- Proven competence in managing personnel, material (garden, building, furniture, and fittings) and money
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial and ability to work without supervision
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Swahili
- Ability to work constructively with a wide range of individuals and organizations
- Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
