Key Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Activity
- Plan and deliver safety and hygienic education to the community at large
- Ensure the presence of PPE and its functionality for the effective prevention of diseases
- Ensure cleanliness in all operational areas
- In collaboration with the M&E team, participate in daily monitoring of compliance for safety measures and protocols developed towards COVID-19.
- Weekly and Monthly report compilation
End Results
- Organized education sessions provided accordingly to the approved plan
- Presence of PPEs and functional handwashing facilities
- Clean areas
- High level of compliance with SOP/protocols
- Timely and accurate reports shared
KNOWLEDGE/ QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
Required Professional Experience
- Experience in working with humanitarian operations and refugees programs,
- Experience in community work
- Experience in planning community-based interventions
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
- Holder of a Diploma in Environment Science or Health Science from a recognized Institution
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Communication skills
- Self-expression
Travel and/or Work Environment

- Should be physically fit
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English and Swahili
