Position: Landscape Gardener
Responsibilities
- Using creativity and the beauty of nature to create a harmonious, aesthetically pleasing gardens.
- Performing site analyses that include the assessment of current plants, soil conditions, lighting and the view of gardens.
- Supervising the Planting and the maintenance of lawns, flowers and shrubberies.
- Ensuring soil is kept in good condition by using suitable fertilizers. You will be involved in all areas of the garden as owned by the company.
Qualifications
- High-quality garden experience of not less than 5 years;
- great plant knowledge and horticultural skills;
- having a good skills of team supervision
- The ability to use and demonstrate all necessary horticultural craft skills,
- Knowledge of machinery use and maintenance to the highest standards.
Position Title: Motorvehicle Mechanics
- Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Performs routine and preventive maintenance including oil changes and tune-ups.
- Performs tests on specific parts and systems to ensure proper function.
- Examines critical parts and systems using a standard checklist.
- Repairs or replaces malfunctioning parts and systems such as brake pads, belts, water pumps, transmissions, and other mechanical parts.
- Plans and establishes timetable to complete repairs and maintenance.
- Visits job sites to inspect vehicles. Test drives vehicle to confirm safe and proper operation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of vehicle repair.
- Excellent mechanical repair skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read service and repair manuals.
- Certificate/diploma in motorvehicle mechanics or equivalent required.
- Vocational/technical school program or apprenticeship in auto repair or related field required.
- Two years of related experience preferred.
- Commercial drivers license may be required.
Position Title: Bartender
- Customer Service

- Keeping the Bar Area Clean
- Filling Drink Orders
- Managing Inventory
Qualification
- Experience as a Bertender or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hotels, lodges, and restaurants.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion.
- Certificate or Diploma in hotel management.
- Must be able to speak English fluently, other languages an advantage.
Position: Transfer Driver
Responsibilities
- Transport of person, goods, and/or documents Provide transport for the clients and the employees of the company;
- Pick up and drop off the clients and the employees at the airports, hotels, and other destinations in Tanzania;
- provide reasonable assistance and facilitation to the company’s clients and employees Follow up on the driver planning schedule;
- Help to load and unload the vehicle, Assist with the Luggage Perform other duties performed by the transfer drivers in the hospitality and tourism industry in Tanzania.
Service vehicle maintenance management
- Schedule regular vehicle examinations and inspections.
- Determine when and what kind of maintenance the vehicle needs, keep track of general maintenance schedules;
- Ensure sound running of the vehicles assigned and arrange minor repairs where necessary; Check oil and tires properly;
- Keep track of timely car insurance license renewals Maintain a logbook of each service vehicle on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Good Communication skills Smart and well-presentable person
- Must be able to understand, speak, read and write the English language,
- Must be organized and punctual, have Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time,
- At least three(3) years of working experience,
- A valid driving license class c
