The Prime Minister’s Office – Labour, Youth, Employment and Persons with Disabilities (PMO-LYED) implements the Programme of Developing Skills in the Country that aims to enable the National workforce to acquire skills and appropriate work skills to compete in the labor market. The office has entered agreement with 28 colleges to provide training in various fields including: Fashion Design and Tailoring, Plumbing, Masonry, Carpentry, Welding and Forging, Painting and Marking, Mechanical Spare Parts Manufacturing, Tour Guiding, Auto Mechanics and Mechanical, Domestic and Industrial Electrical, IT, Automotive Electrical, and Hotel and Tourism Services.
