Biko Adventures Tours is looking for on experienced Tour Consultant with calm and professional interaction with both guests and tour/travel planners telephonically & via email to be stationed in our Arusha office.
REQUIREMENTS
- Creative, sharp and out of the box planning and designing of itineraries
- Knowledge of international and domestic tourism
- Hove outstanding sales and customer service skills
- Proven practical work experience in travel and tourism consultation
- Excellent written and communication skill, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Gan work independently and is attention to details
- Hove excellent computer skills
- Processing of safari and trekking quotations and reservations thereof
- Understanding of air ticketing is an added advantage
- A good level of English proficiency – Knowledge of other international languages is an added advantage
- Degree or Diploma in tourism, tours & travel or its equivalent is on added advantage
