Assistant Guide Trainer
Elewana Collection are recruiting for an assistant guide trainer for Tanzania.
Applicant requirements as follows:
- A minimum of 8 years lodge based guiding experience
- Applicants who have held a similar position will be preferred
- Computer literate
- Flexibility to travel
- Fluent English
Job Function and responsibilities:
- Report to the Group Guide and Activities Manager
- Guide training and development
- Maintaining Elewana Standards
- Mentorship of guide apprentices
- Talent identification, development and mentoring
- Assist with annual appraisals
Prefered Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic and a team player
- Accountability
