Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new initiatives and creative brand campaigns that are engaging our readers and advertisers. In addition, this position should collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and create compelling content solutions, advertorials, branded content, and events. The Marketing Manager will also establish and manage brand/editorial partnerships.
JOB DUTIES
- Develop a marketing communication plan (IMC / Online / Offline / On-Ground) to promote the brand
- Constantly generating ideas for new brand campaigns and projects
- Supporting the Sales Team on ideations, proposals, client relationship management, and revenue-generating initiatives
- Development of creative marketing strategy and implementation for our brands
- Development of brand solutions for advertisers in cooperation with other departments
- Oversee flagship campaigns/ events and budget allocation
- Analyze campaigns/activities’ performance for further optimization
- Partnership management, identify new potential target markets and brand partnerships, and develop tactics to reach them
- Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in revenue
- Establishing content and marketing partnerships with brand partners
- Establishing relations with KOLs, and celebrities for collaborative projects and branding; bringing their faces onto the site
- Keeping up-to-date with consumer insight, competitor movement, and market situation to define the opportunity and thread
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Communications or Journalism, Media, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Working experience is not mandatory
- Keen interest, knowledge, and contacts in the world of lifestyle, particularly in fields of the local people and society
- Creativity and drive to collaborate with the sales team to create successful campaigns
- Proven track record of creating events, partnerships, and creative brand campaigns

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.
Graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
JOB DUTIES
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Desing user oriented UX
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Reporting to General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for applying engineering principles to software development. Their role includes analyzing and modifying existing software and designing, constructing, and testing end-user applications that meet user needs using the programming languages and frameworks used by the Firm.
JOB DUTIES
- Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain web, mobile, and desktop-based business applications.
- Assisting in collecting and documenting user requirements, developing user stories, and estimating.
- Preparing reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
- Participating in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
- Package and support deployment of releases.
- Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.
- Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget.
- Providing third-level support to business users.

The finance administrator is responsible for various financial and administrative duties. They are responsible for strategizing on and planning for financial goals by working daily to achieve and maintain the financial health of our organization. A finance administrator will maintain accurate records and must remain compliant with all laws and company policies at all times. Our financial administrator will have high ethics, integrity, and accountability.
JOB DUTIES
- Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Review and process reimbursements
- Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets
- Prepare and submit payroll
- Create financial and inventory reports
- Prepare and file company tax documents
- Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies
- Run and update databases
- Develop and streamline operational efficiencies
- Contact delinquent accounts
- Stay current with all regulations, requirements, and laws
Administrative duties may include:
- Front desk customer service, including answering phones and greeting guests
- Manage company project accounts

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
- Working experience is not mandatory
- Practical experience with accounting software (such as QuickBooks), spreadsheets (such as MS Excel), and databases (such as MS Access)
- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes
- A solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures including crediting and debiting appropriate accounts, posting entries to ledger accounts, and reconciling accounts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Works well in a team environment and with upper management
- High level of critical thinking and logical analysis
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
