- Form four leaver
- Must know how to speak and write both English and Swahili
- Driving license
- Must know how to ride motorcycle
- Age between 20 – 35
- Must have certificate from previous job
- All referees must be in Dar es salaam
- The places where the applicants supposed to appear are VIKONGORO, CHANIKA, BUYUNI, KITONGA, (Dar es salaam)
