Regional Manager– Arusha

Wananchi Group is one of East Africa’s leading broadband Internet services provider. We are looking for a Regional Manager based in Arusha for our entities both B2B & B2C ( SimbaNET & Zuku)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementing the organization’s strategy for B2B 8 B2C sales, developing forecasts and Organization strategies to achieve sales and ensure profitability, abreast of markets
industry trends, and competitors’ activities.
Leading the team in business development and in meetings with key business stakeholders that is able to be motivated and ensure a highly effective team of Sales and Customer Service work-force.
Overall in charge of Operations at Arusha including B2B B2C (Support, New Sales,
Up-selling, Commercials, Client Relationship, Customer service, Technical).
Will report to the Country Manager & MD B2B, B2C and CE Director

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree / Masters in Business Administration / Corporate Management / Communication or other related field.
I0+Year’s Working experience in Senior Sales, Customer Service position in
communication industry with proven track record for the successful business
developments.
