Position: Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment and Planning

Internal Controls and Process Improvement
Documentation and Reporting
Communication and Collaboration; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and compliance, to facilitate audit processes.
Follow-up and Monitoring; Track the implementation of recommended corrective actions and ensure compliance with audit recommendations. Perform follow-up audits to verify the effectiveness of remedial actions.
Continuous Learning and Professional Development; Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes relevant to manufacturing and wholesale of building materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) is required.
Prior experience in auditing, preferably in the manufacturing or wholesale sector, with knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey audit findings and recommendations.
Proficiency in using audit software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong ethics, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Adaptability and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

Position: Financial Accountant

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification is a plus).
3-5 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or wholesale environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Position: Assistant Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Assist in maintaining the General Ledger
Inventory Accounting
Financial Reporting
Compliance
Financial Analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or wholesale setting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
