Enza Zaden Africa Ltd is a horticultural company that produces high quality hybrid seeds.
The seeds produced are all exported to the mother company based in the Netherlands. In Arusha, Tanzania, Enza Zaden produces hybrid seed of mostly cucumbers, melons, tomatoes, and sweet peppers. The constant climate means that we can produce seed throughout the year.
This enables us to quickly respond to any seed shortages and speed up the introduction of new varieties. From the ambition of one man, we grew into a global family company with a shared passion for plants.
That great passion is reflected in the vegetable varieties we develop and the seeds we produce.
All we do is driven by a clear and ambitious goal: to grant people anywhere in the world access to healthy, varied vegetables.
