Position Overview: As a Digital Payments Ecosystem Specialist at Tanzania Empowerment Forum Limited, you will spearhead the development and execution of digital payment strategies aligned with our organizational goals. This pivotal role will require you to conduct comprehensive market research, manage the lifecycle of digital products from ideation to launch, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Customer Experience, and Marketing. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing customer experience, optimizing digital solutions, and forging strategic partnerships within the digital payments landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Drive the strategic direction for digital payment solutions to maximize adoption and overall growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with internal teams to design and launch innovative digital and online products and services.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve digital payment offerings and user experience.
- External Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with external partners to expand the digital ecosystem and drive mutual growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a dynamic industry such as telecommunications or FMCG, with a strong understanding of digital payment ecosystems and mobile financial services.
Skills and Competencies:
- Analytical Acumen: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and drive informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
