Call Center Agent at King Casino

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.

Assist customers with inquiries, account management, and technical support related to betting services.

Educate customers on betting options, odds, promotions, and responsible gambling practices.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Report to the team leader and collaborate with various supervisors to meet the needs of the customer service unit.

Escalate all necessary issues to management in a timely fashion

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide a report to the team leader.

Requirements:

Graduate (Diploma or equivalent in any Field)

Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili (written and verbal).

Experience with computers, browsers, and mobile devices

Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player with a positive “can do” attitude

Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic, multinational, multilingual and

multicultural environment;

Must be able to work 24/7 on  Day or Night shifts and weekends/holidays as scheduled.

Candidates with sports betting knowledge and betting are highly preferred

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.

Previous experience in a betting company in the same position is highly preferred.
