1. Art Initiative Program Procedure and Promotion Assistant
This role focuses on promoting the art created by students and increasing visibility through various strategies and exhibitions. Responsibilities include overseeing art promotion across campuses, coordinating artwork orders, managing art displays, and collaborating with academic and marketing teams. The successful candidate should have a background in marketing, fine arts, or business, as well as proficiency in Adobe InDesign and strong communication skills. A diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred, and at least one year of marketing or sales experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote student artwork and increase visibility across three campuses.
- Manage artwork orders, ensuring secure packaging and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to produce artist statements and promotional materials.
- Coordinate exhibitions and art events locally and internationally.
- Maintain organized records for all artwork and art-related activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least one year of marketing or art promotion experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee art classes and workshops across three campuses.
- Manage artworks created by students and maintain organized records.
- Liaise with visitors and participate in team activities.
- Support the curriculum and manage the art gallery.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual and Fine Arts or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
