POSITION: Experienced Casino Live Game – Inspector
A casino trainee dealer will work in the Food and Beverage Department while undertakes training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to manage casino table games effectively. During the training the followings will be taught:
- Game Rules and Procedures for popular casino games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker (e.g., Texas Hold’em, Three Card Poker), Baccarat and NiuNiu. Different versions of games and any variations that might apply at the casino will be taught.
- The training includes how to properly deal cards, handle chips, spin the roulette wheel, and manage betting rounds.
- Trainees will be instructed on the specific rules of the casino and gaming regulations governing casino operations
- Mathematics and Probability
- Chip Handling and Payouts calculations
- Card Shuffling and card dealing Techniques
- Customer Service Skills
- Table Management and Security
- Time Management and Efficiency
Key Responsibilities Upon completing the training:
As a Trainee Dealer, you will:
- Perform technical and functional gaming duties
- Adhere company policies and regulations for smooth casino operations
- Learn and master the rules and procedures of various casino table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and more.
- Exchange cash for tokens and chips
- Record the bet amount accurately and collect loosing bets and pay winning bets appropriately.
- Understand and follow game gaming procedure at all times
- Assist in the smooth operation of table games by dealing cards, handling bets, and ensuring game integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with players professionally and courteously.
- Ensure that all games are conducted according to casino regulations and internal procedures and ensure that every bet is within the maximum and minimum table limits .
- Monitor and control game actions to prevent cheating and irregularities and remind players about rules and regulation of the games.
- Stay informed about promotions and assist in creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Perform other food and beverage activities as assigned by the Casino shift Manager or supervisor
Qualifications :
Education: Graduate with Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor Degree
Age: Must be 18 – 28 years old
Experience: No prior experience required however, previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a gaming environment is an additional advance.
Female are highly required
Must speak English
Skills Required:
Strong Mathematical abilities to handle bets and payouts accurately.
Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and gaming procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of a variety of table games, such as Blackjack, roulette, Texas Hold’em, Baccarat, U.TM, Stud poker, 3 Card poker, Niu Niu
Possession of acute, in-depth understanding of the game rules and the minimum and maximum bets according to table limit
Exchange money for chips collect chips for losing bets and direct winning patrons to the cashier at the end of the gaming session for pay-outs.
Chip handling – Chipping – Chip Cutting is to be performed to the required standards
Knowledge of the payment in pieces and monetary value if the bet is hit directly or partly
Able to perform conversion of cash to chips and the addition of the bets quickly and accurately.
Monitoring play to ensure no one is cheating
Able to treat all customers with the utmost courtesy, diplomacy, and respect

King Casino, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to serve as Table game Inspector.
DESCRIPTION
The gaming inspector’s main responsibility is to oversee all the games played and ensure that all gaming operations are carried out to the highest possible standards of efficiency, security, and customer service under company procedures and current legulations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Observe and verifies that the rules of the table games are adhered to by casino employees and patrons and that players don’t cheat.
Observes and ensures that the table drop is appropriately done and drop boxes are transported safely to the count room.
Observe and ensures that the table games’ soft count is correctly accounted for.
Inspects table game equipment and reserves; approves use before being used on the casino gaming floor.
Documents patron complaints and disputes regarding the application of rules and operation of games not resolved by casino staff.
Circulating among gaming tables to observe operations and security to ensure harmony and courtesy.
Observing casino staff, in the operation of casino games to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service and correct procedures are maintained.
