Position: Social Media Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence. As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of our social media campaigns to grow our audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
3. Lead the creation and curation of engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels) tailored for each platform.
4. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
5. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
6. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep strategies effective and innovative.
7. Manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget optimization.
8. Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates by engaging with comments, messages, and mentions.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
4. Demonstrated ability to create high-quality and engaging content.
5. Strong project management and organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
7. Experience with paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is a plus.
Position: Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads for printing and marketing services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in need of custom printing, branding, and marketing materials.
• Promote and sell services such as digital printing, promotional materials, and large-format printing.
• Understand the needs of clients and offer tailored solutions, including marketing strategies, print materials, and advertising services.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of projects.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to enhance company visibility and attract new
customers.
• Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and printing technologies to better serve clients.
• Provide post-sale support, addressing any issues related to print quality, design, or delivery timelines.
• Track and meet sales targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly goals are achieved.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the printing, advertising, or marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and digital marketing services.
• Ability to offer creative solutions and understand customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Suite) is a plus but not required.
