Job description
- Give customers information about products and services offered
- To manage customer queries and complaints
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and comments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications
- A minimum of at least Diploma in fields of business, finance, economics, social sciences and any other related fields.
- At least 1 years work experience.
- A sound knowledge of customer care and communication skills
