Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment processes, manage onboarding, and coordinate employee training initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist with HR policy implementation, performance management, and payroll processes.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Organize and maintain company records, documents, and communications.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR and administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
