Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania
Job type: Contract based.
Duties and Responsibilities
Technical support specialist troubleshoots technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new solutions, among other duties. The Technical support officers also liaises with customers directly, as well as creating written documentation hence requiring excellent written and verbal communication.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to respective solution.
- Diagnosing and repairing system faults and errors.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software solutions.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Supporting the roll-out of new solutions.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.

We’re looking for a web graphic designer who is passionate about their work and takes pride in creating beautiful and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of previous work, be highly creative, and have a good understanding of user experience and web standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for shaping the visual identity of Technologies products and brand. He/she is responsible for designing creative content for online campaigns, social media pages, print ads, websites, and videos. The Web & graphics designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, web content, videos and photos. The role requires knowledge on website development especially content management system based websites.
- Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media, including websites, mobile applications, social media, marketing collateral, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing professionals, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Conceptualize and develop design concepts, wireframes, and mock-ups, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design principles.
- Develop and maintain websites; create graphic elements and design layouts for web pages, including icon and button design
