We’re Hiring:

Nursery Teacher (1 position)
Primary Teachers (2 positions)

Requirements:

A Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant subject (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
Teaching experience in early years or primary education.
A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow academically and socially.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Applicants must already be residing in Zanzibar, Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that spark curiosity and a love of learning.
Build a positive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Track and support each student’s progress, keeping parents and school leadership updated.
Use technology effectively to enhance learning (where relevant).
Work closely with colleagues to develop and improve teaching strategies.
