Position: Data Scientist – Insights

Let’s grow together, become part of our team at YAS. We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Requirements:

BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
2 years of work experience in data science, analytics, software development, or engineering.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advanced data analysis techniques using large and complex datasets.
Create compelling data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Assess the effectiveness of various sales initiatives and processes to provide insights for sales strategy and planning.
Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations to improve sales performance, optimize resource allocation, and reduce costs.

Competences:

Strong programming skills in R, Python, and SQL (Python skills are a must).
Understanding of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Big Data technologies.
Familiarity with website scripts such as XML, JavaScript, JSON, PHP is an added advantage.
Understanding of ETL framework and ETL tools, including Microsoft SSIS, is an added advantage.
