Job title: Sales Officers/Credit Officers (3 posts)
Location: Dodoma , Tanzania.
Report to: General Manager
Main Duties
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
- High volume visits to assigned delinquent customers
- Weekly and monthly reporting to immediate seniors on debt collection and customer service issues
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
- Following up effectively with customers’ repayment plans
- Follow up with customers loan renewals
- Bachelor degree or diploma in marketing or business administration or related field
- Analytical skills
- Ability to priotize and manage multiple responsibilities
- All applicants must be citizens of Tanzania
- Applicants must be less than 35 years of age
- Candidates should preferably be residing in Dodoma
