We are looking for a Director of Operations & Delivery to join our senior management team. You will be key to leading the efficient, effective delivery and continuous improvement of Farm Africa’s programme portfolio and will manage our country offices in east Africa.
You will strategically lead our country directors and business development team to deliver high-quality, technically expert programmes that are shaped by our technical vision and organisational learning, and deliver maximum impact for the communities that we work with.
We are looking for an experienced leader in programme implementation, who is adept in leading the management of donor/partner relationships, and is able to strategically lead the acquisition of £20,000,000 to £30,000,000 of funding annually.
