We are looking for a Director of Quality to join our senior management team. You will play a key role in helping to shape the strategy and technical vision of our programmes, as well as having specific responsibility for driving a culture of technical excellence across Farm Africa’s programme portfolio.
You will lead an expert team of technical service providers, monitoring evaluation & learning practitioners and programme support advisors, to build the technical capacity within our programme implementation teams, within a context of dramatic growth.
We are looking for an inspiring, compelling and dynamic leader, with a passion for capacity building and driving quality at a strategic level; you may already have experience of working in an INGO, or you may be working in the commercial sector.
