Tanzania Coffee Board, is a Government body established by the Tanzania Coffee Industry Act. No.23 of 2001 and miscellaneous Amendments Act of 2009, on behalf of MBOZI COFFEE CURING COMPANY LIMITED is hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced, dynamic and motivated Tanzania citizens to immediately fill vacant positions currently existing in MBOZI COFFEE CURING COMPANY LIMITED.
POSITION: ENGINEER II (ONE POST)
Job Summary

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of a Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering and registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania with three (3) years working experienced in a reputable organization.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS
The Engineer-II, shall be employed on permanent and pensionable terms

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for smooth running of the plant and machineries related activities.
- Advising the Operations Manager on all operation issues in the company.
- Preparing preventive maintenance schedule and section budgets.
- Supervising and monitoring maintenance activities for company.
- Developing procedures and plans for Minimizing machine downtime for the Company.
- Preparing statistics for machine downtime for further scrutiny by the management.
- Supervising junior staff on engineering section.
- Performing any other duties as may be Assigned by the operations manager.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- All applicants have to be citizens of Tanzania
- Age limit: Not more than 45 years

- Certificates from foreign examination bodies for ordinary and Advanced level education should be verified by NECTA and those from foreign Universities must be verified by TCU

- Certified copies of relevant certificates of Form IV, VI, University degree, Academic Transcript, Birth certificate and two recent passport size photographs.
